Raphia Rattan is the offspring of a research project into the use of materials and how they can be exploited as furnishings. It is the perfect convergence of modernity and tradition, of technology and craftsmanship. Raphia Alluminio is the seaside outdoor version. 100% made of aluminium.
Raphia Rattan's metal frame is painted in one of four RAL colours in the catalogue. For projects requiring 50 chairs or more, the frame can be painted in a customer chosen RAL or NCS colour. Raphia Alluminio is painted in White or Graphite.

Paolo Lucidi (1974) and Luca Pevere (1977) are both graduated at Politecnico di Milano. In 2006 they founded their studio LucidiPevere. They are constantly working on different new types of products using uncommon technics and aesthetic means to affect the products in order to achieve the right formal solution. They work with brands like: De Padova, Zanotta, Agape, Ligne Roset, Gebrüder Thonet Vienna, Kristalia, Lema, Living Divani, DeCastelli, Foscarini, Normann Copenhagen.
